5. Doctor Stranger (2014)
Just Messing Around.
Soo Hyun one day mentions to Hoon that she didn't like his hairstyle as it was messy and wasn't suitable for a doctor. This led to Hoon messing up Soo Hyun's hair, and then into an adorable fight to see who can the opposing person's hair the messiest. Although they aren't the official couple of the drama, this screams affection and some kind of love (dovey love from Soo Hyun and bestie love from Hoon).
4. Kill Me, Heal Me (2015)
Together Again.
After the recent events of Do Hyun disappearing from his personalities for a couple of days, and the revelation of what happened with his father, these two still find a way to be together despite each other's flaws. After Ri Jin becomes Do Hyun's secretary again and having a bit of a swirl around the spacious office, they embrace in a small dance while grinning their dorky faces off. It's extremely cute and one of my favourite scenes of Kill Me, Heal Me.
3. I Hear Your Voice (2013)
Lift and Kiss.
"Soo Ha, I like you, as a brother, a friend, and a man. I don't like your power and I'm afraid of it. There are many thoughts I want to hide from you. There are many reasons why we can't be together, but I still like you. A lot. So let's not waste your time thinking about the end of us. Let's look into each other's eyes, laugh, and be honest to each other."
After this confession by Hye Sung, I honestly loved this moment so much. It was beautiful, and Soo Ha had the most beautiful smile possible on his face when he heard this. And to top it all off, we ended with a lovely smooch. That definitely both made their day.
2. Pinocchio (2014)
The Button Necklace Embrace.
After a small confrontation between In Ha and Dal Po, In Ha stormed out of the restaurant, only to then stop outside of the front doors. Dal Po walked after her to apologize for what he had said, and then he saw it. The button that In Ha was wearing on her necklace. The button that they made a promise together on. That promise was if In Ha got rid of her feelings for Dal Po, she would return the button. At one point, she did, so Dal Po knew he had the button in his wallet. However, In Ha only grew to love Dal Po more, and got another button from his shirt without him knowing.
As Dal Po saw the necklace, he couldn't help but kiss her. And of course, she returned this kiss with a full embrace. No one can resist Lee Jong Suk (Dal Po's actor).
1. Secret Garden (2010)
Finally Together.
These two finally meet after a litany of obstacles and naysayers in Secret Garden. Company boss Kim Joo Won dances with stuntwoman Gil Ra Im in front of a horde of gawking clients. It was the kind of dance that was a statement to the world: "We love each other, and ain't a damn thing you can do about it." If this doesn't make you all warm and fuzzy, I don't know what will.
The reunion is sweetened with a kiss. And another one. The "I don't care if my company's stock goes down because of this" kind of kiss, which unexpectedly turns into a make-out session (which I count as an additional victory for boundary-pushing displays of affection onscreen in Korea).
